Shiny Hair in 2 Weeks!

Hi guys!
So I thought I would do a little blog on hair-care to get started. My hair is long and brown but I have had it highlighted before so it is quite damaged. When I leave it to dry naturally it's very big and "puffy" (my most hated saying!Ha). So I do straighten it alot...I know, I know, it's not good for your hair but lets face it we all do it!
About 5 weeks ago I noticed my hair and skin were getting really bad i.e ( dry looking and I was breaking out all over my face). I wasn't sure if it was hormonal or the central heating but I decided to try and change up a few things.
I started by trying to wash my hair less to let the natural oils return and I also tried not to straighten it as much, but after a week of this it was still really dull!
So I thought I should start again, but this time from the inside out. My dad is really into herbal things and he suggested I take the two items which I'm going to tell you about.
One thing about me is that I HATE taking tablets, pills etc... so that ruled out alot of things that might have cleared up my skin and hair quickly.
So what I started to use Flax Oil and Aloe Vera juice mixed into orgainc pressed apple juice to hide the taste :) (I just put a tea-spoon of the flax oil in and the top lid of the aloe into a shot of apple juice, stir and down it...simple!!).
Well I have been using that combination for 3 weeks now and I will never stop using it...it is AMAZING. My hair and skin cleared up after about 2 weeks. My hair which is never shiny is shiny and much more manageable. I really recommend taking these not only are they both great for skin and hair but they do wonders for your internal systems.

I really think that if you are looking for a natural fix to getting shiny and healthy hair that you should try flax oil, I use the aloe vera juice mainly to keep my digestive system in shape. I love the effects so far and the products I use are all natural and organic.
I hope that you guys found this helpful, let me know what you use to keep your hair and skin healthy and also if you've tried flax-oil or aloe vera juice and what you thought.
